We’re a team of SWB Tennyson alumni and community friends coming together for the Small Goals Big Change tournament to raise $1,500 for Soccer Without Borders programs at Tennyson High School.

The past two years have been tough. Funding cuts have made it harder to keep our programs going, and we now depend more on donations and grants. But our community continues to show up.

This summer, many SWB Tennyson alumni returned as coaches for our free soccer camp for rising 6th and 7th graders. Seeing former players mentor younger students reminded us why this work matters.

We want to keep that going by helping alumni become coaches and leaders, creating more opportunities for women coaches, and building a future where former participants lead SWB programs throughout Hayward.

Every donation helps us support our students and invest in the next generation. Thank you for being part of this effort!

And one more thing: we’re the reigning rec division champions, and we’re ready to defend our title!
