I am super pumped this year to be serving on Beat Bama Food Drive Staff as Assistant Director of Greek Organizations. Food insecurity is not just a problem nationally, but a huge problem here in our very own Lee County. 1 in every 5 children in our county is food insecure. This means that 1 in every 5 children in our county does not know where their next meal is going to come from. It is our mission for the Beat Bama Food Drive to raise as much food as possibly for the Food Bank of East Alabama and end food insecurity!
