I am a proud year-round bike comuter in Boston and BNB has always been my go-to local shop. I was not aware until recently of the amazing work they do in the community. I'm excited to participate in my first Bike-a-thon and support them in a new way!

Help me support their mission to use the bicycle as vehicle for social change to achieve economic mobility for Black and other marginalized people in Boston and the Global South.

This year with your support, Bikes Not Bombs will:

• Engage over 200 people in Bike School at our Hub in Jamaica Plain and at our new Roxbury Hub at Children's Services of Roxbury;

• Employ over 40 young people as paid Youth Apprentices who build critical workplace skills in a supportive and caring environment.

• Provide free and affordable bike repair services to underserved communities in Boston through our Chain Reaction mobile bike repair program.

• Ship thousands of bicycles overseas to our partners in the Global South who are working to advance environmental, economic, and social justice initiatives.
