Together, we’re standing up for the 27,000+ homeless pets the Brandywine Valley SPCA cares for each year. Every dollar raised, every step taken, and every voice shared helps give dogs and cats the second chance they deserve.

Dogs like Juno. This deaf, senior, dapple chiweenie sweetheart was found wandering here in Sussex county. Her coat was matted, large areas of hair were missing, her little feet were painful from walking on curled toenails, and she was so scared. Then, she got sick. Really, really sick. Healing Juno was an ARC Angels team effort, as nearly everyone pitched in to help treat her - our veterinarian, our technicians, even our adoption counselor and our enrichment coordinator had a hand in helping with Juno's treatments. She's got a few days more to go on her medications, but she's turned the corner! Soon, she'll be looking for her forever home.

This is the kind of work that we do at the Animal Rescue Center every day. As the recipient of 70% of the state of Delaware's dog seizures, our tiny team of fighters heals and comforts hundreds of abused and neglected dogs and cats every year.
