Little Salem was born June 13th, 2020 and came into the world with a little ✨extra✨. A few days later he got his official diagnosis of Down syndrome. His mom Maria, sister Orion, and dad Nick welcomed him with open arms. They soon realized they were passionate about bringing awareness and normalization to our homies with extra chromies - because they really are more alike than different!
We walk to show Salem (who we only ever call “Bubbie ?), and everyone sporting a little extra magic that they are loved, valued and worthy.
