On Sunday, March 5, 2023 I will be participating in the 2023 Chicago Polar Plunge, for my second year of plunging! I joined to stand in solidarity with and to help support the loveliest of people/families, the Schaefers, and their sweet 7 year old daughter Eileen, who goes to school with Emma and Noah.
I am excited to take on the challenge of the Chicago Polar Plunge and jump in to Lake Michigan’s chilly waters to support thousands of athletes that participate in Special Olympics Chicago/Special Children’s Charities programs. With your support, people with intellectual disabilities have the opportunity to discover new strengths, abilities, and accomplishments.
