The CJD Foundation name, logo, or mission may not be used in any way without written approval. Please reach out for guidelines and a logo license agreement form prior to your event.
Set Up a Fundraising Tribute Page A Fundraising Tribute Page may be used for tribute donations associated with an obituary, birthday, fundraising event, or similar occasion. The CJD Foundation provides access to a personalized fundraising page where you can honor your loved one, track fundraising progress, thank donors, and share updates. Each page includes a customized link that can be shared with friends and family.
A Fundraising Tribute Page is not required to have donations made in memory of your loved one. Each donation form provides a field where donors can indicate a dedication name and request that the family receive notification of their gift. Upon request a list of donations are available to the next of kin.
To get started, email help@cjdfoundation.org with the subject line “Fundraising Tribute Page.” A CJD Foundation representative will follow up Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, to help register your page. If you have not yet spoken with our helpline, a representative will also contact you to learn more about your loved one.
