WSP Bridge Group - Annual Hike in the Woods

Hello Friends and Colleagues
For our 5th straight year, the local WSP Bridge Group is heading into the woods to hike and raise money for a good cause. Like everything, our hike is a little bit different this year…
Keeping our Group Small: In past years, we were well north of 50 hikers. But this year, those numbers would lead to a stern glare from Dr. Henry. So we are limiting participants to just the WSP Bridge Group.
Our Fundraising Focus: We are switching gears and “keeping it local”. Our hike is connected with the United Way “ClimbUP” challenge: 28,300 steps from September 23-October 3.
Our Hike: This upcoming Thursday (September 24), our team is hiking the 11km circuit of Burnaby Lake. A little less treacherous but still hoping to find a creek to wade into!
