I have been a Rotarian for the past three years and have learned first hand the impact not-for-profit service groups have on a community. Most of the large charity fundraisers have been cancelled due to Covid which severely impacts our ability to help local communities. We have had to get creative on the way we fundraise. United Way’s #ClimbUp fundraiser is a perfect example how you can still support the local community without gathering physically.  

Please get out and show your support for local communities! If you don’t want to battle the rain this week, please consider donating so charities like United Way can continue supporting those most in need in our communities.
