As a nurse, I have spent the last 8 plus years caring for children with special needs. Seeing what goes in to the care of a child with special needs is humbling. Two and a half years ago, my son got a job with David’s House Ministries and that exposed me to the reality that children with special needs grow into Adults with special needs. While children and adults have different challenges, one thing remains the same…...they all need loving tailored care that addresses their physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs.
