We all know the enormous value research provides to our field. And the importance of ensuring a strong pipeline of researchers ready to move anesthesiology and medicine forward.
In pursuit of that goal, every year FAER awards over $3 million in grants and sponsors more than 100 student fellows and resident scholars!
Our team captain, Andrea Kurz, is a past recipient of a FAER grant – and the Anesthesiology Institute has received 11 grants from FAER! We’ve also proudly hosted 18 medical students for FAER anesthesiology research fellowships since 2006.
