Matching gift alert! Our alumnus and current FAER President Dr. Jim Eisenach has pledged to our Mayo Clinic team a $5,000 donation match. We can’t let his money go to waste!
We all know the enormous value research provides to our field. And the importance of ensuring a strong pipeline of researchers ready to move anesthesiology and medicine forward.
In pursuit of that goal, every year FAER awards over $3 million in grants and sponsors more than 100 student fellows and resident scholars!
At Mayo Clinic, we’re in to win and support FAER’s grantees, scholars and fellows! In fact, several of your colleagues have received FAER grants or participated in its programs.
In its history, FAER has awarded 23 grants to Mayo Clinic faculty totaling over $1.3 million! And we have sent 14 medical students through its MSARF program and also been proud to host 15 medical students for anesthesiology research fellowships since 2005.
