Jane and Duane's Fundraising Page

Even though it has been 6 years since we have been able to travel to Haiti because of the level of gang violence in Port au Prince, our hearts and minds are ever present with the people of Baudin. We are still in weekly (sometimes daily) contact with our Haitian friends and we have all of the programs operational that were in place when we last visited. But this fund raiser is about more than Haiti. It is about helping the people of the greater Lafayette area. With support for LUM and Food Finders, the Hunger Hike provides homeless shelters, education opportunities, food pantries, back pack programs, and many more services that support those in our community that are in great need. By supporting this fundraiser, you are truly doing the work that we are all called to do as caring human beings. Locally, Regionally and Globally.
