I’m thrilled to once more share with you information about Histio Hike Shenandoah, a fundraiser supporting the Histiocytosis Association! As we enter our 17th year of hosting the Hike I want to thank you all for sharing our passion for this cause. Ian's diagnosis with langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) back in 2006 changed our lives forever. So in 2010 when we decided to find a way to support the Association with much needed funds and give families and patients a way to connect we decided to host this Hike.

It has been the honor of my life to bring together so many wonderful people from the Histio community, their loved ones and friends in the beautiful mountains of Shenandoah to both share their stories and raise awareness and funds for the Association. 

Every donation, big or small, directly impacts the lives of those facing a histio diagnosis. As we embark on our 17th year we are very close to reaching nearly $1,000,000 raised for this amazing cause.
