Every day 117 people in the U.S. die of metastatic breast cancer (MBC), also known as Stage 4, where the breast cancer has spread to other parts of the body. Funding MBC research is the only way to find a cure!
ABOUT ME
Celebrating a milestone by "Giving Back"
This past year, The Savings4Members Team (a division of CCA Global Partners), has been celebrating a milestone, our 15th Anniversary. As part of this celebration, we chose to host a year of "giving back" to our local communities, supporting new events each month. We have sponsored a Children’s Charity Coat Drive, fundraised for Manchester’s Animal Shelter, cleaned up a local park on Earth Day and loaded backpacks for Friends of Forgotten Children in Concord.
All these initiatives have received an overwhelming amount of support, especially within the CCA Global Partners community.
On October 13th, landmarks across the country will illuminate in green, teal and pink for Metastatic Breast Cancer Awareness Day. I am excited to share that CCA Global Partners, in Manchester, N.H. has been added as an official landmark and will participate in this years #LightUpMBC.
CCA Global Partners and Brady Sullivan Properties have supported us in many ways to make this happen. It's truly amazing to be surrounded by so many humble, caring, passionate and generous people.
Meet my friend Jessica. Her smile, her heart and personality shined brighter than the sun. Always has and always will, especially on October 13th.

Jessica Moore was a nurse at a skilled care unit. She embodied the word “care”, dedicated her life as a healthcare worker to helping others and was even recognized with the “Caregiver of the Year” award by the organization that she worked for. At the age of 32, she was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer and passed away from the disease less than 4 years later. During her treatment, her family formed the Moore Fight Moore Strong (MFMS) organization to shine a light on the need for MBC awareness & research. In October 2017, the first bridge to light in MBC colors was the Memorial Bridge in Portsmouth, NH near her hometown. #LightUpMBC is the result of years of hard work from MFMS to light up the world to bring awareness and funding to critical MBC research.
WHAT IS #LightUpMBC ?
The #LightUpMBC campaign is a global initiative aimed at raising awareness and funds for metastatic breast cancer (MBC) research to benefit METAvivor. Held annually in October, the campaign partners with hundreds of iconic landmarks around the world to illuminate in the symbolic MBC awareness colors of green, teal, and pink. By uniting patients, families, and supporters, #LightUpMBC shines a spotlight on the urgent need for more research and resources to improve outcomes for MBC patients.
#LightUpMBC Live is a dynamic virtual event that serves as the centerpiece of the #LightUpMBC campaign, bringing together the metastatic breast cancer (MBC) community and its supporters for an evening of storytelling, inspiration, and impact. Hosted annually on October 13 on Metastatic Breast Cancer Awareness Day, this live-streamed program features powerful stories from MBC patients and their families, musical performances, and appearances by special guests who amplify the mission of raising awareness and funds for MBC research. #LightUpMBC Live provides a platform for education and advocacy, highlighting the urgency of funding scientific breakthroughs for the most advanced stage of breast cancer.
