At Leadership Mission International, we believe community development starts with people. That's why we invest in young women from rural Honduras, equipping them with education, leadership skills, and opportunities to create change in their own communities.
Today, more than 200 LMI graduates are leading businesses, pursuing higher education, creating jobs, mentoring others, and tackling local challenges across Honduras.
