VERT! VERT! VERT! I'm participating in the "Nasty Challenge", running a nasty trail loop through Forest Park for every $25 raised. The Nasty routes are challenging courses utilizing the hills and technical trails and fire lanes not commonly used in Forest Park.

The Forest Park Conservancy works to protect and restore Forest Park through trail projects, native habitat restoration, free guided hikes, and is the leading nonprofit working to protect, restore, and connect people to this regional treasure.
