Compassion is arguably the greatest of all human traits. Mindfulness and meditation are profound practices that help us have self understanding and this in turn makes us more compassionate to both ourselves and in turn others. We all know this. I battle with depression and anxiety and just gots to say this breathing bunk really works. Everyday that I meditate I have a better day - it's profound and simple and a darn shame that many people don’t either know about it or how darn simple it is do.
