Fight Financial Stress through Physical Activity!

Move for Change is a week long event aimed at fighting financial stress through physical activity! Research shows that when you're stressed about your finances, it can actually cause physical illness like stomach pain, depression, and anxiety.

Why should YOU Move for Change? It’s a good reason to work on your fitness goals, try something new, and raise important dollars for mpowered's mission to empower people to transform their financial futures. You’ll also learn how to alleviate financial stress to avoid the negative physical effects it can cause.

Starting June 1st through June 7th, we're hosting different fitness activities that you can join to Move for Change. Check out the details here! Keep in mind, participating in two or more Move for Change fitness activities enters you into a drawing to win cool prizes.

Feeling competitive? Become a peer-to-peer fundraiser! Every dollar raised goes toward mpowered's programs which help people in your community alleviate financial stress! Plus you'll have the opportunity to win cool prizes for the milestones that you reach. Click here to learn more and get inspired to raise funds.*
