Join us in the Move for Change

Move for Change, presented by Colorado Business Bank, is a month long event to get the community active through physical activity, engage people in raising funds to support mpowered, and to learn about the connection between physical and financial health.

Why should YOU Move for Change? It’s a good reason to work on your fitness goals, try something new, and raise money for a good cause. You’ll also learn how to alleviate financial stress and avoid the negative physical effects it can cause.

Each week features a different fitness activity, allowing you to Be Active in new or familiar ways. You can join these activities by registering here, or just do your own thing! Keep in mind, participating in two or more Move for Change fitness activities enters you into a drawing to win cool prizes.

During the month of Move for Change, share your fitness goals on social media to encourage your friends, family and coworkers to Be Generous. Maybe you’ll walk three miles for every $50 raised! Or participate in all four Move for Change activities for $200. However you customize it, you’ll be able to collect donations through the mpowered fundraising page or your own.*

By sharing about your Move for Change involvement on social media you’ll be educating your community about the physical effects of financial stress, helping all of us to Be Well.

*Fundraising for mpowered during Move for Change is optional.
