Friends & Family,

I am so thrilled to be joining my best friend Jeanna, Sweet Caroline's Crew, and the rest of the Girl Power 2 Cure Team for the third consecutive year at the Disney Half Marathon Weekend.  This year, as always, I will run in honor of our sweet Caroline, Jeanna's daughter, as we fight together to find a cure for Rett syndrome, a rare neurological disorder that affects so many areas of Caroline's life but cannot rob her of her sense of determination, nor her will to push forward, grow, love, and learn.

After conquering our goal of running the half marathon in early 2017, Jeanna and I decided to switch things up a bit and will be running in both the 5K and 10K races back-to-back this year.  Two thousand eighteen will be a particularly special race year for me as my mom, Gail Hudson will also be joining our team for the 5K race!  Go, warrior mom!!
