Dear Friends and Family,

Rachel and I are walking in the 16th annual NAMI Connecticut Walk on Saturday, May 18 at Sherwood Island State Park in Westport. The Walk is NAMI Connecticut’s only fundraiser, and the money we raise allows NAMI CT and our local affiliate, NAMI Southwest CT, to provide free support, education and outreach programs for people who have loved ones living with mental health challenges. The Walk is also an important way to raise awareness and fight the stigma associated with mental health conditions.

There are multiple ways you can make a difference with the Walk: as a sponsor, team captain, team member, or individual walker. However you participate, you will be joining NAMI’s movement to raise awareness and raise funds to help NAMI CT in its mission to help people throughout Connecticut.
