After years of having no interest to get involved with the Autism field and dreaming of others paths within behaviorism, I found myself exactly where I hadn't wanted to be.... and I fell in love. After working in both public and private schools doing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with students with Autism, I realized my plan to be a school-district behavior analyst was no longer what I wanted. I decided to pursue the world of adult services, taking a job for a wonderful company in an area of human services where I was desperately needed. Not enough of my fellow Masters level peers in Behavior Analysis choose to serve in the adult service realm and most resources and BCBA's end up serving children. Individuals with Autism and developmental disabilties are obviously adults for the majority of their lives, but yet once they age out of school services at 22, it seems they are no longer a priority...

NuPath's mission is "to provide people with disabilities the support needed to live, work, learn, grow, and participate to their fullest potential in their communities".

Walk the Walk is our annual fundraiser to raise money for our organization, in order to keep providing the highest levels of services and then improve the standards of what adults services should be. The money raised in this walk will directly benefit the individuals we serve and our innovative Navigating Life technology program.
