An advocate for wellness and a health environment for all, my brother Richard Aaronson passed away in Febeuart 2026. At the age of 65 Rick was introduced to tri-athletics by his son, and at the time of his death at 80, he had achieved national ranking. Running my first 5K in 30 years with my daughter we will have Rick in our hearts and minds.
