The Wellness House has provided people throughout the area with the support and information that they need to survive their battle during their cancer diagnosis.  Brian was always grateful for the community that he was a part of through the support groups especially.  All of the people in his support group were like family to him. And the staff and board members were always so understanding and dedicated to everything the Wellness House provides.   

Brian was always competitive and loved trying to be the top fundraiser for the two years he was able to participate.  Thanks for a generous donor, we were able to go to a Blackhawks playoff game in 2014 and visit with family including his grandparents in the Twin Cities.  About a month later Brian lost his battle with cancer but we are forever grateful that thanks to our Wellness House connections Brian was able to visit with his family one last time.  

This year Auntie Amy's Home Cooking, a restaurant encouraged by Brian many years ago and named because Brian's siblings made Amy an aunt, is sponsoring the Walk with us.  By donating with Brian's Brigade you are supporting the Wellness House, local businesses that appreciate everything they do and Brian's mission to raise as much as we can for such a great organization.
