WHY WE WALK!

The Mount Alvernia High School community is so excited to participate in Winter Walk this year! Our girls have worked on multiple projects with Boston's homeless community this year, and we cannot wait join the campaign to end homelessness in the Greater Boston area. In the words of the prayer of Saint Francis: 

Where there is hatred let me sow love.
Where there is injury, pardon.
Where there is doubt, faith.
Where there is despair, hope.
Where there is darkness, light.
Where there is sadness joy.
