To my amazing Mom!

I decided to join Women Swimmin’ to continue racing for my Mom who first swam it
in 2007, and last, at the age of 75, in 2019. It became so much more. Training for
Women Swimmin’ has been a way to regain my health and clear my head. It has
helped me increase strength, endurance, and most importantly confidence. I still
wish I could have swum with my Mom this year, or one of the years in the past, but
now I’m swimming because it feels amazing to glide through the water. It has made
me a better Mom, Wife and Daughter as I navigate all those roles.
As this swim gives me new life, any donations you are willing to give will help those
who need it the most at the end of their life.
