After losing my mother, my Uncle Chuck and my older brother Ken in a 6 month span in 2022 and early 2023, I was inspired to sign up for my first Hospicare swim. The training last year went well, and my Big Red lacrosse and field hockey teammate Meg along with my Ithaca swim buddies Sarah and Carvel were ready for the challenge. Sadly the wind and rough water forced the cancelation of the August 2023 event so there was only one option - try again in 2024! So grateful to all of my friends, family, colleagues at Cornell, and supporters in the lacrosse world who propel me onward by helping to support this great cause. Let's do this on Saturday, August 10th!
