Women Swimmin' for Hospicare is a community event that raises money for Hospicare & Palliative Care Services.
Our team is made up of family, some biological, some by marriage, some by choice. Our family has been touched by the kind caring service of Hospicare in Tompkins county, Broome County, and Cayuga County. We appreciate all they have done to help our family through some very difficult times. We swim to help give back to those that gave to us. We swim in honor of our loved ones that hospice assisted in passing with grace and dignity. We swim in their memory, to honor them, and to support a wonderful cause. Thank you all for your support. This is a very special event for all of us a swim in honor of Sherry Dee Jones, Andrew D. Keister, Duke Whitmore, Mary and Steve Svec, and so many more that this organization has helped.
