In 2021 I moved to Ithaca to start my first job out of college. I was excited to be moving somewhere new but also scared that I didn't know anyone. Fast forward 3 years and I'm now living in NYC. Looking back, my years in Ithaca were some of the most formative years in my early adulthood. Not only did I meet friends that will last a lifetime, I also had support from coworkers & community members to try something new - swim across the lake. I can't wait to return to Ithaca to participate in this inspiring event!
