I’ll be swimming across Cayuga Lake to raise funds for Hospicare, a vital service that helps patients find calm and comfort in their last stages of life. 

I am swimming in memory of my grandfather, Roger Conklin, whose end of life care was managed with the utmost kindness by hospice services.
