My journey with Hospicare

Both my Mom, Jane and mother in law Nell received hospice services at the ends of their lives. It moved me to get involved with Hospicare where I served on the Board for 6 years, two years as Board President.  I have volunteered for Women's Swimmin for 6 years and have been a participant now for four.  
Recently my neighbors ( my daughter in laws parents) received life changing support as they cared for their mother for 6 months  as she became very frail and recently passed away.  They would tell me often how much the support of Hospicare meant to them and I could see it when I visited. What Hospicare offered to them is almost too hard to put into words but I have such gratitude that it was there for them. So I volunteer and support as much as I can. Tell your story here!]
