Hello family and friends!
I am once again participating in the Walk to End Hunger on Thanksgiving morning, November 28th. Last year I was able to raise $300 and set that as my initial goal for this year as well. Thanks to your generousity, I have already surpassed that amount! Thank you so much!
However, since there is still some time left before the event, I set a new goal of $500 for 2019. With your help, I am optimistic that I can reach this new, more ambitious total by then (although I have my fingers crossed!) I also wanted to share with you that I have selected Second Harvest Heartland as the recipent agency of whatever funds I am able to raise this year. You may already be familiar with them and the great work that they do.
Please support me and my participation in the Walk to End Hunger. Together, we will make a difference for the 1 in 5 families in the Twin Cities who struggle to put food on the table. If finances do not permit you to help with a donation this year, please know that prayers for a successful event are also most welcome.
