1 in 5 families with children experience hunger. The Food Group is a local nonprofit focused on using healthy food to strengthen community. They work at the intersectoin of food access, equity and nutrition issues related to food and hunger in 32 counties in Minnesota and Wisconsin. They break down the barriers to growing good food locally and break down barriers to getting good food to those who need it most.
