Well, 2020 has been a lot, right? As you might imagine, the number of folks needing Meals on Wheels has greatly increased due to people needing to isolate or lacking resources due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. We're seeing more than 4 times the usual amount of people signing up meals.

That's why I'm back at the Walk to End Hunger this year to raise money to help us meet that increased need. Meals on Wheels was already a lifeline for many, but now with so many of the people we serve at elevated risk of complications from COVID-19 that meal delivery is even more essential.

I know this has been a tough year for us all, and if you're able, I'd greatly appreciate your support as I "walk" for Meals on Wheels this year. If I meet my goal, I am going to get on a longboard and send out a special thank you video to all who donate - because that seems fitting for such a weird time.
