15th year Anniversary of Walk With Me!

The struggle is still real – groceries, gas and pretty much everything is at an all-time high.  Individual donations are obviously down, making your donation even that much more important.  Every single dollar counts and with your help we will hit the 1 million mark!

Our 15th annual Walk With Me Houston is April 11th at the Houston Zoo. Join our Team – Team Easter Bunnies, walk, donate and spread the word and let’s have fun doing it!

The funds we raised last year allowed our 200+ staff to do incredible work for close to 15,000 families with children with disabilities, caregivers, seniors, veterans and their families! Our service numbers continue to be staggering.

Disability is not just a person who confined to a wheelchair- It’s a growing population of young boys diagnosed with autism, a friend who has epilepsy, and it is your great aunt living with Alzheimers. Our lives are touched by it every day. Demand for our services continues to grow; funding continues to decrease. Your donation means your neighbor whose baby was born prematurely, your cousin whose 2 year old needs a little help with speech, and your closest friend whose baby was just diagnosed with a developmental delay can all get that little extra bit of help to catch up to their peers.

On a daily basis, I get the privilege of seeing these babies, children and adults learn to overcome, learn to use the tools that were given them and learn to become independent.
