Sea Island recognizes how committed its team members are not only in their role for the company, but as a community member. Team members serve on boards of many local non-profit organizations and volunteer their time at these organizations. The company sponsors Sea Island Cares, a team member-led initiative that provides opportunities that hundreds of team members have participated in benefiting many local charities.

Why We Walk

Join us in our commitment to raising awareness and funds for Alzheimer's research, care and support. You can support our efforts by making a donation or joining our team and walking with us on November 8,2025. 

More than 6 million Americans of all ages have Alzheimer's. Seventy-three percent are age 75 or older. About 1 in 9 people age 65 and older (10.7%) has Alzheimer's. Alzheimer's begins 20 years or more before memory loss and other symptoms develop. The time is now to act - let's support those who are already suffering and protect ourselves, our children and future generations from this devastating disease.
