Dear friends, colleagues and compassionate supporters, As you know from years past I have run an annual campaign to support fatherless at risk teen boys. This year is obviously a difficult and challenging year for us all and I was at first reluctant to go full throttle on the 100 Wave Challenge. After weeks of hesitation, I have once again become compelled to help. As weird as this year has been, I still feel extremely fortunate and blessed with such an abundant life. I started thinking more and more about the boys that could benefit from this amazing organization. These kids are home(if they even have one) and are more at risk than ever. Boys to Men is still holding full time staff and operating virtual group mentoring programs and outings for the kids in the program. This year I humbly ask that you contribute even a portion of what you have in the past. And don’t worry, I won’t run the relentless campaigns of the past bombarding you with hundreds of guilt ridden emails! I will run a softer campaign while praying that you will once again help me help these kids. I have a wide array of friends all culminated into a very diverse world view, but I strongly believe that the ROOT of the problems we face in society ALL stem from BAD parenting, lack of direction, accountability and, most of all, LOVE.
