Please support me as I walk in the 2019 Capital Area Humane Society’s Walk for the Animals. This year I will be walking in memory of my dog Casey's BFF Baloo. (In the picture above, Baloo is in between Casey and Panda, Casey's other BFF.) I will also be walking in memory of Cooper (a CAHS alum) and Mia.
Every day, animals arrive at the doors of the Capital Area Humane Society with nothing more than hope for a better future. With the economy struggling, it is no question that when people suffer, animals can suffer, but CAHS is there to take these animals in, and provide them with food, shelter, medical care, and love.
With no state or federal funding, and no affiliation with any other humane organizations, it is solely the support of the community that keeps CAHS going. Please, help me in supporting this critical work, that helps homeless animals find warmth, comfort, and unconditional love with a forever family.
