As many of you know, I have been a longtime supporter of Mile High 360 and have always joined in for the Anschutz-Hunt fundraising event. I am continuing to support MH360 because MH360 delivers on its mission and is providing unparelled support for its students and their families. 

As we know, access to quality educational resources - from school to enrichment resources - is neither universally accessible nor equitably distributed. 

The path from middle school to career and life success is filled with challenges for every student, but particularly those with the fewest resources.  

This is where Mile High 360 steps in. 

Mile High 360 is a comprehensive, wrap-around services program designed to provide first-generation college bound students with after-school, weekend and summer access to essential out-of-school resources in three core areas. 

1. Academic Assistance: Study skills support, tutoring, enrichment in literacy, SAT prep, college visits, and an array of college preparation support
2. Health & Wellness Programs: Mental health support, drug and alcohol prevention, human development classes, squash or cycling coaching, and nutritional instruction
3. Life Skills Experiences: Community service, a mentor program, summer travel, a speaker series, financial health classes, internships, resume building, and job support

Mile High 360 programming complements school-based learning by providing and organizing local and regional resources to address a child’s social, emotional, and academic needs.

On top of all that, MH360 just opened up a remote learning support center, where its students can come for supervised support, receive meal support, and access the technology they need to participate in online classes. 

And, with the help of a new grant, Mile High 360 is also supporting families, directly, through a food services program. We now provide food for all of our families in need and wrap that support in cooking and nutrition classes.
