As some of you know, we have been supporting Mile High 360 for a couple of years - donating via the annual Anschutz-Hunt Challenge. This year we are donating and jumping in to ask and encourage our friends and family to join us.  We are so committed because MH360 delivers on its mission and is providing unparalleled   suport for its students and their families. And, my sister is on the Board of Directors. 

As we know, access to quality educational resources - from school to enrichment resources - is neither universally accessible nor equitably distributed. 

The path from middle school to career and life success is filled with challenges for every student, but particularly those with the fewest resources.  

This is where Mile High 360 steps in. 

Mile High 360 is a comprehensive, wrap-around services program designed to provide first-generation college bound students with after-school, weekend and summer access to essential out-of-school resources in three core areas. 

1. Academic Assistance: Study skills support, tutoring, enrichment in literacy, SAT prep, college visits, and an array of college preparation support
2. Health & Wellness Programs: Mental health support, drug and alcohol prevention, human development classes, squash or cycling coaching, and nutritional instruction
3. Life Skills Experiences: Community service, a mentor program, summer travel, a speaker series, financial health classes, internships, resume building, and job support

On top of all that, MH360 just opened up a remote learning support center, where its students can come for supervised support, receive meals, and access the technology they need to participate in online classes. 

And, with a new grant, Mile High 360 is also supporting families, directly, through a food services program. We now provide food for all of our families in need and wrap that support in cooking and nutrition classes.
