Corporate Involvement

Is your company interested in getting involved in the ASK 5K & Fun Walk? This event is a great opportunity to bring together employees in a teambuilding exercise that also benefits the community. Sponsorship is another great option to show support!

Starting Line & 5K Course:

Participants will line up outside of the Cross Timbers Roofing Party Pavilion located on the 1st base side of the stadium to take off through area neighborhoods and make their way back into the Diamond to receive their medal at home plate. Water stops and spirit stations line the way.

The ASK 5K & Fun Walk course is great for setting a PR for fastest time or for having the most fun! Runners, walkers, and strollers are welcomed.

Temporary Road Closures

There will be temporary road closures starting at 8:30am to keep you safe along the course! Be sure to arrive early to park and enjoy the pre-race tailgate. Enter the parking lot off of Robin Hood Road for easiest access.

The road closures are: Northbound lane on Arthur Ashe Boulevard between Avenue of Champions & Palmyra Avenue; Eastbound lane of Palmyra Avenue between Hermitage & Gloucester; Palmyra Avenue between Gloucester & Brook Rd, Southbound lane of Brook Road between Palmyra & Sherwood; and Sherwood Avenue. Roads will open back up after all participants have cleared that area.

Pre-Race Tailgate & Post-Race Festival:

Arrive early to join us for the Pre-Race Tailgate!  We'll have games, activities, some of your favorite characters, music and a spirit station to get you ready for your 3.1 mile run/walk. The celebration starts at 8:00am!

NEW THIS YEAR: The Kid's Donut Dash presented by Dunkin' will happen at 8:45am and will include two waves: 5 & under and 6-10. Challenge your munchkin to take on this 50yd sprint to earn a tasty treat: Participants will receive a Donut Dash medal and a donut!

An awards ceremony will follow at 9:00am recognizing Top Fundraising Teams and Individuals as well as the award for Largest Team and Most Team Spirit.

The celebration continues at the post-race festival on the concourse, featuring live music with the Jangling Reinharts, finisher food and activities for the kids.
