I am raising funds with my colleagues at Hawaii Health & Harm Reduction Center (HHHRC) to help support our work in meeting the needs of people living with HIV (PLWH) on Oahu and those at risk of contracting HIV.

This includes ensuring that PLWH have access to needed medical care, safe and stable housing, and other needed supports to assist with the achievement and maintenance of viral suppression.

It also includudes access to pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) to prevent HIV transmission, testing and linkage to care services for those who are reactive, and access to sterile syringes to prevent HIV among persons who inject drugs.

It's been a great honor to work with Dr. David McEwan, who founded Life Foundation in 1983, in recent years in carrying his work forward at HHHRC and on the civil rights front.
