I am participating in my first 5k.  I am raising money for the Dempsey Center that helps people like my friend Amanda.  Amanda has stage 4 metastatic breast cancer.  The Dempsey Center has helped her by providing strength training, counseling, therapy dogs, art and writing classes and so much more.  Please consider donating.  100% of your the money raised will go to helping people with cancer.  Thank you for your support!
