This September, our Healios team is coming together for the Dempsey Challenge — and we couldn't be prouder of the cause behind it.

The Dempsey Center exists to make life better for anyone impacted by cancer. Founded by Maine native Patrick Dempsey after his own family's experience with the disease, the Center provides counseling, movement and fitness, bodywork, nutrition support, and support groups to patients, survivors, care partners, and families — all at no cost, ever. It's care built around the whole person, not just the diagnosis.

That mission is close to our hearts. As an integrative health team, we spend every day helping people move better, feel better, and heal more fully. The Dempsey Center brings that same whole-person philosophy to families during some of the hardest moments of their lives, and 100% of what we raise goes directly to those free services.
