Dragonheart Vermont keeps thriving as a powerful organization for people who have suffered cancer
Vermonters who need emergency financial assistance while managing their cancer know that the Cancer Patient Support Foundation has their back.

Dragonheart Vermont strives to strengthen and empower breast cancer survivors & supporters through the challenging sport of dragon boating instilling in its members the values of teamwork, fitness & community giving. In addition to supporting its own programs, The Lake Champlain Dragon Boat Festival has allowed Dragonheart spread more than $1 million with other cancer support organizations in our community.

The Cancer Patient Support Foundation provides emergency financial assistance and support to cancer patients in Vermont who need help paying for basic living expenses during treatment. Since 2001, the CPSF Emergency Fund has awarded more than $3 million to help cancer patients throughout Vermont cover essential needs like home heat and electricity bills, groceries, housing, out-of-pocket medical expenses and gas for transportation to medical appointments.

THE SHIRT: Community team participants each receive a t-shirt as a thank you for their fundraising efforts! Breast Cancer and Sport team participants will receive a voucher for a discounted t-shirt purchase at DragonMart.

THE MEDALS: First and second place teams in each of our Community Team, Sport and Breast Cancer Divisions will receive gold/silver medals. These special edition 20th Anniversary are a beauty and will be extra motivation for all those participating!!!
