As a youth employee, Bikes Not Bombs has helped me learn skills such as bike mechanics, leadership, and teaching. I have taught Sisters In Action, one of our awesome programs to teach girls how to work on bikes and build something with their hands. I would love if people donated to my ride for the Bike-A-Thon so we can continue to grow our classes and hire more youth apprentices so that more kids can start working earlier, and more girls can be part of the bike world.
