I am passionate about developing others and am lucky enough to get to do just that in my day-to-day work. This conference is one of my favorite events to plan because it directly supports students on their paths to success and self-discovery. I am hoping to increase engagment on campus each year to be able to serve more students and to raise the bar for speakers and breakout sessions.

The annual Student Employee Development Conference (SEDC) is a full-day, on-campus conference that inspires students to get the most out of their on-campus employment experience and helps prepare them for post-college careers. Navigating a path in life is never easy. The conference promotes an appreciation of the journey to success itself—whatever that means for each student. Plenaries and breakout sessions focus on topics such as identity development, student leadership, co-curricular learning, and holistic development.
