Hello! My name is Colten Danel and I am a freshman at Oberlin College. I play Running Back, Linebacker, and Reciever. Coming into this program has been one of the most exciting changes that I have ever had to do. Not only the idea of being in college but playing football at the next level! I was super nervous coming into the season and I was not sure how I would fit into the team here. I got my answer as soon as I stepped into the locker room for the first time and got lots of high-fives and pats on the back. I knew right away that this team was a family and that everything that we did, we would do it together and as a family. The faculty and staff love what they do and take on every day with a full heart. This fundraiser is one of those things! We are for the fourth year partnering with Go4theGoal to raise money for those families who are struggling with pediatric cancer. We are so blessed to have family at Oberlin who look out for each other and we are extending that family into our community as well! We have set our goals high this year and we plan to make the most out of this amazing opportunity.
