I had so much fun hiking with my team of Essex Hikers last year that I am doing it again! Since our hike up the Burrows Trail on Camels Hump last year, I have had the pleasure of hiking many other routes to witness first hand the hard work our field crews do, tireleslly building and fixing trails with the latest sustainable trail design practices. In addition to remarkable trail maintainance and improvements, the Green Mountain Club's work to protect the trail and to be a go-to resource for providing education for the hiking community is something I am so proud of.
